Aspirants Program

Target Audience:

• Aspiring School Leaders: Teachers, assistant principals, or other educators who are looking to move into leadership roles within schools.

• Current School Leaders: Principals, vice-principals, or department heads who want to enhance their leadership skills and stay abreast of current best practices in educational leadership.

Time Frame:

• Designed be run as a full years’ cycle with in between session of in-school follow up.

• Can be run in any time frame that best suits the school’s needs.
