ABOUT Our founder and ceo
Darren has over 35 years' experience as a successful leader, twenty-six of those years invested in the role as Principal in both rural and remote communities, and a further nine years as a senior systems leader. Darren upholds the belief that we are all leaders; leadership can be developed; and that we are all legacy makers. He partners in the privilege of leadership with professionals across the globe, tailoring support to ensure that his partners are leading the way and always shaping their craft and bringing their A game.
